Baba21: a longitudinal multimodal template of the developing baboon brain

Authors : Arnaud Le Troter, David Meunier, Katherine Bryant, Julien Sein, Siham Bouziane, Adrien Meguerditchian
Description : The BaBa21 dataset provides multimodal neuroimaging data from 21 subjects across 4 sessions, together with a dedicated sub-BaBa21 T1w/T2w template and derived probabilistic tissue atlases (WM, GM, CSF). Three template/atlas variants are included: native sharpened, asymmetric, and fully post-processed (debiased, normalized, CACP re-oriented, cropped, symmetric). A distinctive feature of this resource is the availability of interpolated templates between consecutive sessions (ses-0_to_ses-1, ses-1_to_ses-2, ses-2_to_ses-3), which are automatically generated by the pipeline to facilitate longitudinal and developmental studies.
